The registration is now open on paperCept. The registration fees will cover your online attendance.

All who wish to attend the symposium must register and pay the registration fees via the Papercept registration page. An invoice can then be generated through Papercept only. For those who are not able to register using a credit card (through PaperCept), please choose the option specifying that you are registering by "bank transfer" and contact cts2021 AT univ-eiffel.fr to get the necessary bank information to make your transfer. The authors will then be able to upload their final version as soon as their bank transfer is received by University Gustave Eiffel.

Each accepted paper should be covered by the registration of at least one of the paper co-authors, otherwise the paper will not be included in the symposium program. The registration fee must be paid within the deadline for final upload of accepted papers.

For all other participants, it is suggested to complete the regular registration by May 31st.

 REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

To register, follow the link http://ifac.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/start.pl and choose “Register for CTS 2021”.

For each accepted paper, at least one author must register, pay the registration fee within the final paper submission deadline and personally present the paper at the conference.

REGISTRATION FEES

Please note that registration fees are expressed in USD as a requirement of the payment registration procedure. Bank charges are at the expense of the participant.

Student registration requires that the author has the "student" status at the time of the registration. Authors who register as students are invited to send a proof of their student status by e-mail to cts2021 AT univ-eiffel.fr with as the e-mail subject: "Student Registration".

Full and student registrations include: access to the virtual venue, electronic proceedings, live sessions, and on-demand presentations. Both types of registration fees (full and student) allow for uploading 1 paper (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper; 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost). The charge for extra paper upload is 220 USD per paper.

Any page over 6 pages of the uploaded final manuscript is charged 100 USD per page up to a maximum of two extra pages.

The inclusion of the paper presentation in the conference program and the publication of the paper in the conference proceedings is subject to the registration and payment of at least one of the authors within the final paper submission deadline.

Regular (no paper) and student (no paper) registrations include: access to the virtual venue, live sessions, and on-demand presentations.

 Participants can register and pay from the Papercept registration page (available now). An invoice can then be generated through Papercept only.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

No refund of the registration fee is possible.

Transferring a registration is possible. A student can transfer her/his registration only to another student. Please contact the secretariat via email at  cts2021 AT univ-eiffel.fr for further information.
